After item/s have been received you have 14 days from that date to EXCHANGE or REFUND. When returning items to us you must ensure your items are in a RESELLABLE condition (e.g. NO make up/ fake tan marks, NO scent and still with product tags on.) 

Please note all of our items are checked over for any visible FAULTS before shipment. However on a rare occasion where we may have missed something. Please send us photographic proof of the fault so that it can be discussed. 

Non Returnable: Lucky Dips, Swimwear, Jewellery, Underwear.

This does not affect your legal rights.
