Currently as it stands you the customer will be completely responsible to cover the cost of returning any clothing items to us. 

After item/s have been received you have 14 days from that date to EXCHANGE or REFUND. When returning items to us you must ensure your items are in a RESELLABLE condition (e.g. NO make up/ fake tan marks, NO scent and still with product tags on.) 

Please note all of our items are checked over for any visible FAULTS before shipment.  However on a rare occasion where we may have missed something. Please send us photographic proof of the fault so that it can be discussed. We keep all tracking details to make sure our customers receive there item/s on time.

Non Returnable: Lucky Dips, Swimwear, Jewellery, Underwear.

This does not affect your legal rights.

Setting up a return?

To set up a return with us please contact us before hand. *You can currently do this via our Email Address * 

When contacting us please include:

1. Your Full Name and Order Number

2. A photo of the product/s you're wanting to return.

3. A Product Name of the item you're wanting to EXCHANGE for. *if required*

Not accepted?

If on the rare occasion your item hasn't passed our requirements please note you will be again expected to cover the cost of shipment back to yourself. We will hold your item a side until the payment for shipping has came through.
